Leslie Small, Interior Designer Extraordinaire, commissioned us to make these shade for a client of hers. The home was in Aldergrove in a very rural setting.
Leslie selected a beautiful soft linen sheer for the shades, a wonderful compliment to the surroundings both inside and outside the home. Sheer shades are a beautiful alternative to the mundane roller shades that have become so popular these days. there is something entirely unappealing to me to have a sheet of perforated plastic as the covering to my windows... but soft sheer material makes my heart sing.
